What Your Clients See

Understanding the booking experience from your client's perspective helps you answer their questions and optimize your page.

1. Your booking page

When a client visits your link, they see your profile photo, name, bio, and a list of event types. They pick the type of meeting they want — for example, '30-minute call' or '1-hour consultation.'

2. Choosing a time

After picking an event type, the client sees a calendar with your available slots. They can switch to their own timezone if needed — the times adjust automatically. They pick a date, then a time slot.

3. Entering their details

The client enters their name and email address. This is all that's required — no account creation needed. After confirming, they receive an email with the booking details and a calendar invite.

4. Managing their booking

The confirmation email includes a link to cancel or reschedule. Clients can use this link without signing in. If they reschedule, they pick a new time just like the original booking.
